Thank you for booking your Hot Air Balloon Experience! Please read the following information regarding weather and status updates affecting your booking.
FLIGHT STATUS
AlUla Untethered Flights (Starting 28 Feb 06:45 AM):Flight Cancelled - Cancelled due to the weather conditions. Please do not to proceed to the pick up location. In this situation, we would like to ask you to wait for our team to contact you between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on the day of your cancelled flight.
AlUla Tethered Flights (Starting 28 Feb 16:30):Flight Cancelled - Cancelled due to the weather conditions. Please do not to proceed to the pick up location. In this situation, we would like to ask you to wait for our team to contact you between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on the day of your cancelled flight.
We closely follow weather conditions so that we can timely communicate the status of your upcoming flight and any changes that may occur due to weather. This can happen at any time before, and even during, your experience.We will follow all required guidelines to ensure your safety and request your understanding in this matter.
For Untethered Flights (starting 06:45 AM): Flight status will be updated by 10:30 pm the night before the booked experience.
For Tethered Flights (starting 16:45 PM) in AlUla and Khaybar: Flight status will be updated by 11:30 am the same day of the booked experience.
WHAT EACH WEATHER STATUS MEANS?
No Update - The Flight Status for this date has not been updated yet. Please check back again later.
Flight OK - The Flight is confirmed to proceed at this time. However, this could change before the flight at any time. Please proceed to pick up location or to the venue directly.
Flight Cancelled - Cancelled due to the weather conditions. Please do not to proceed to the pick up location. In this situation, we would like to ask you to wait for our team to contact you between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on the day of your cancelled flight.
Flight Uncertain - There is not enough data to make a final decision at this time, and the decision will be taken pre-flight at the location. At this moment, please proceed to pick up location or to the venue directly. Please note that your flight might be canceled following your arrival or just moments before your scheduled experience in the interest of your safety.

WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION?
We will send you an email alert to advise you that your flight has been cancelled.
On the day of any canceled Hot Air Balloon events, we would expect a high volume of calls and one of our team members will contact you between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on the day of your cancelled flight to discuss options of rebooking (subject to availability). If it is not possible to rebook, you will be issued a complete refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed to your bank account.
