REGISTRATION PROCESS

1) PAY FOR YOUR SPOT
Complete your payment on ExperienceAlUla.com to lock in your place and become part of the first ever Ashar Valley Tri.

2) CONFIRMATION AND REGISTRATION
You will receive a payment confirmation email AND a separate email from our partner Race Arabia with a link to a registration form. Enter the full registration details for you and any other participants on your booking - using the personalised link.

3) GET READY TO RACE
Once you’ve submitted the form, Race Arabia will send the e-ticket for each participant, with everything you need to know about your challenge. Expect essential race info, logistics guidance, and tips to help you prepare for an unforgettable experience in AlUla.

Overview

Set against the serene beauty of Ashar Valley, this one-of-a-kind event invites adults to test their endurance across three disciplines: a static 3000m row, a static 3000m bike ride, and a 300m swim at the iconic Habitas AlUla pool. Participants compete in waves of 30 every 30 minutes from 06:00 to 10:00 on event day, and will be rewarded with a refreshing Habitas AlUla breakfast on completion. The Ashar Valley Tri combines fitness, fun and luxury into one unforgettable experience.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your allocated wave time

Race packs: These must be collected in person by each participant at the venue, at Our Habitas AlUla. Collection times will be shared once Waves have been allocated.

  • Participants must enter on time for their allocated wave.
  • No spectators unless hotel guests.
  • Complimentary parking is available at Our Habitas AlUla.
    Kindly note visitors must drive to the location as transportation is not provided.

  • Race pack and welcome briefing
  • Buggy transport from reception to pool area
  • Free parking at Our Habitas Car Park
  • Swimming cap, T-shirt, results, digital certificate and finisher's medal
  • Please note that all experiences are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
  • Proper athletic gear for high intensity exercises, with specialist biking, rowing and swimming shorts recommended. A change of clothes for breakfast afterwards is also required.
  • Race is not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers.

Race packs: These must be collected in person by each participant at the venue, at Our Habitas AlUla. Collection times will be shared once Waves have been allocated.

Timings: To keep the race running smoothly, please ensure you arrive on time. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late starts - anyone arriving more than 5 minutes after their Wave begins will not be permitted to compete.

Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

Medals: Finisher medals will be handed out at the finish line, with additional presentations taking place from 11:00am.
