- If driving from Khaybar or the surrounding areas, please arrive at the Welcome Centre at AlRawan Viewpoint 15 minutes before your tour start time and park your car at the complimentary parking area. Check-in at the Welcome Centre for a short brief before starting your tour.
- If you are travelling from AlUla (around a 3.5 hour journey each way), visitors are invited to stop at the traditional Bedouin Camp halfway between AlUla and Khaybar. You must present your Khaybar Heritage Tour ticket to enjoy the Bedouin Camp. The Bedouin camp offers an immersive insight into how they lived, as well as offering travellers refreshments such as coffee and dates.
- Please note that all experiences are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
- Guests should wear comfortable outdoor clothing with closed-toe walking shoes or boots.
- Some sites visited lack shade and can be hot under direct sunlight; we strongly recommend you bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.
- Changes and refunds are allowed up to three days before the booked date.
- Please note that any bank credit card charges cannot be refunded.
- Changes regarding dates or times can only be made up one day before the book date and subject to availability.
