Why has the Richard Mille Desert Polo event in AlUla been cancelled?
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo has been postponed to a later date. On behalf of the Experience AlUla team and the Saudi Polo Federation, we apologise for the inconvenience that this change of plans may cause, however the rescheduled event will be bigger and better than ever.

Will we get refunds on the tickets we purchased? ​
The event has been postponed to a later date. We will be in touch with more information in due course with any guests who have purchased tickets to attend the event. Thank you for your patience.

Is there a new date for the event? ​
We are working on confirming a new tournament date which will be announced in due course.

Is the Andrea Bocelli concert still happening?
All activities around the Richard Mille Desert Polo will be confirmed in due course. Please refer to our social media channels and website for further information.

If I cannot get a refund for my hotel booking, will I receive credit towards future bookings?

Are the other activities in town still happening?
All activity destinations and attractions are still accessible, except for Ashar Valley (Maraya, Habitas, Banyan Tree, Ashar Valley Fashion).
