See an exclusive collection of aircrafts in a unique museum setting. Arrive at the AlUla International Airport’s main gate and be greeted by the vintage aircraft team. After checking through security, take a private car to the museum hangar while a member of Vintage Wings welcomes you to the experience.

As soon as you reach the Hangar, see a magnificent view of the majestic vintage aircrafts on display outside. Enter the visitors centre for refreshments, seating, and videos showcasing the epic abilities of the vintage aircrafts flying through the breathtaking landscapes of AlUla. Try on a pilot’s uniform Instagram worthy photos, framing your perfect shot with these incredibly historic planes.

Try and fly yourself over the AlUla Skies! Take control and become your own pilot in a flight simulator that reflects one of the aircrafts with the desert landscapes of AlUla as the background. Find a new engine on display and hear from an engineer what it takes to maintain one of these magnificent antiques. Learn more about Saudi Aviation from the time of these vintage aircrafts and listen to interesting facts about the different types of aircrafts.

Once the tour is over, make your way back to the main entrance of the airport in a private car and take with you memories that will last a lifetime!

Vintage Airplanes

Stearman Biplane

In the 1930s and '40s, this biplane was the standard trainer for pilots in the US Army and Navy. Later, these planes were used as mail carriers, for agricultural flying such as seeding and dusting crops, and for amazing acrobatic airshows.

Harvard T6 – Military Trainer

The North American T-6 two-seat advanced trainer was the classroom for most of the Allied pilots who flew in World War II. In all, the T-6 trained several hundred thousand pilots in 34 different countries over a period of 25 years.

Stinson V77 – Gull Wing

The Stinson aircrafts were not war-machines but were used to train British military personnel in the arts of navigation, radio communication, and aerial photography. Built tough to lead a rugged life, many of them did just that and were used extensively "in the bush."
