• Bronze: Arrive at Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Equestrian Village - AlFursan (parking complimentary) to board shuttle.

• Gold and Silver: Parking available at the venue.
• Bronze: Complimentary return shuttle from Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Equestrian Village - AlFursan to the venue. 
• Buses leave every 15 minutes from 19:45 to Thanaya and depart every 15 minutes back to AlFursan from 00:00 to 02:00.

• Access is only permitted to those who are in possession of a valid ticket.
• Please bring your ID and ticket as it will be required at the entrance.
• Security checks will apply at all entrances.
• Seats allocated at the time of booking are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

• Sexual or suggestive behavior, including verbal comments, gestures, clothing, or conduct of a sexual nature.
• Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to physical, verbal, or visual harassment.
• Wearing clothing that is excessively revealing, offensive, or containts inappropriate language or imagery.
• Engaging in offensive, aggressive, or disruptive behavior, or any conduct that may disturb other attendees or interfere with the event.
• Using language or gestures that are obscene, discriminatory, or intended to provoke or offend others.
• Participating in any illegal activities, including but not limited to drinking and drug use or poessession, and unauthorized distribution of substances or materials. 
• Smoking outside of designated smoking areas.
• Bringing outside food or beverages into the venue.

Violations of these terms and conditions may result in refusal of entry and removal from the event without refund, and where appropriate, involvement of law enforcement.
