Health requirements: no recent surgeries, no chronic back injuries.
Guests needs to be able to climb in and out of the Hor Air balloon unassisted.
Pre-registration is required.
Please bring your ID and ticket for check-in.

Guests who fail to meet at the designated time and place will note be able to join the experience.

Please note that Hot Air Balloons flights are weather dependant and may be cancelled last minute due to bad conditions or strong wind. In this event, you will be offered a full refund or a memeber of our call center team will help you reschedule.

What to Wear

Guests should wear comfortable clothing with closed-toe walking shoes or boots.
Early monings can be chilly: we strongly recommend you bring a warm jacket.
