There were multiple themed spaces within Five Senses Sanctuary dedicated to energising bodies, uplifting minds, and opening hearts. The spaces included:
This dedicated indoor space created an intimate setting for select classes led by our influential roster of wellness practitioners. This space was also dedicated to the "Ladies Only" classes, offered once a day on weekends.
This invigorating outdoor space was for our more dynamic classes, like ecstatic dance, aerial yoga, animal flow and mobility fitness. Drum circles and handpan workshops allowed music to ring through the Five Senses Sanctuary.
The Glass House
Surrounded by nature and inspiring creativity at the Five Senses Sanctuary, the Glass House hosted art therapy workshops, pottery classes from Madrasat AdDeera and other art and handicraft workshops.
The Core hosted community-focused workshops and motivation talks led by acclaimed wellness speakers and personalities, as well as live music experiences.
The Wildflower Café was an open area café at The Core of the Five Senses Sanctuary, nourishing bodies and souls between classes. It provided freshly prepared salads with greens picked directly from the AlUla Oasis, ripe fruits cold-pressed for juice and more.
These intimate, dedicated spaces allowed guests to gather or enjoy a private session with one of our wellness gurus. Guests could also simply collect their thoughts and connect with nature.
This secluded area was where guests could enjoy a selection of massages. Guests could choose from the following 45-minute massages: Stress Reliving & Relaxation Massage, Deep Muscle Melt Massage, Head & Neck Shoulder Massage and Reflexology Massage.
