Untethered Flight Bus: Departs at 6:00 am
Tethered Flight Bus: Departs at 3:00 pm, 3:30 pm, 4:00 pm, and 4:30 pm
Parking: Complimentary at Winter Park or at the venue if coming with your own car.

This height restriction is set so that children are able to see over the basket safely.
Weight: 130 kg maximum
Please note passengers will be asked to share their weight before the flight. Even weight distribution is extremely important in hot air ballooning for safety purposes.

- Pre-registration is required. Please read the terms and conditions before purchase and note that you will be required to complete a waiver form before the activity.
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your balloon experience.
*The flight experience is not suitable people of determination, but all are welcome to come and enjoy the launch of the balloons from the lounge area.
A Note On Weather
Hot air balloon flights are weather dependent and may be cancelled last minute due to bad conditions or strong wind. In this event, you will be offered a full refund or a member from our call centre team will help you reschedule. Plan to spend a few days in AlUla so you can rebook if this happens to you.
Flight length will be based on the assessment of the hot air balloon team, and the direction of the flight will be based on the wind.
