Each year, the story of AlUla travels across the globe through international travel trade shows and similar key events that serve to spark conversations about the destination and cultivate vital relationships going forward. This month, the oasis city marked its return to the prestigious Arabian Travel Market, which took place from 6th to 9th May in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Following the success of AlUla’s global brand launch, ‘Forever Revitalising’, which launched on 29 February, this year’s ATM once again served as a platform to celebrate the city in all its vibrancy, engage with the travel trade and global media, and usher in the next wave of strategic partnerships – all in line with AlUla’s purposeful growth as a leading luxury boutique heritage destination.
Over the four days of the event, AlUla proudly displayed its latest global accolades from the World Travel Awards Middle East, having been recognised as the Middle East's Leading Cultural Tourism Project 2024 for the second consecutive year, the Middle East's Leading Festival & Event Destination 2024, and Saudi Arabia's Leading Cultural Tourism Project 2024.
