Five Senses Sanctuary
In a wellness project unlike anything seen in the region before, the Five Senses Sanctuary was a one-of-a-kind, all-day wellness experience. Offering unlimited wellness activities from morning to night, each day was filled with classes, workshops and talks by celebrity yogis and renowned wellness practitioners from around the world. This extraordinary 10-day event brought together a like-minded community, sharing a unique experience of learning, growth and inspiration.
Flexible day passes allowed guests to fully customize their wellness experience, with unlimited access to the day's sessions, classes, workshops, talks and community-based experiences. Tucked away in the AlUla Oasis, the Five Senses Sanctuary was in a perfect location to drop in for a few sessions or stay for the whole day.
An idea of what a full day of wellness at the Five Senses Sanctuary looked like:
6:45 am: Rise with the sun for early morning meditation
Grab a fresh juice and breakfast at the Wildflower Café
9:00 am: Get your body moving at a Vinyasa or Acro Yoga class
11:00 am: Sit for Daily Mindfulness Training or listen to an inspirational talk
Grab a nourishing lunch at the Wildflower Café
2:00 pm: Create a lavender bag or make citrus lotion at an afternoon workshop
3:30 pm: Join the Five Senses Academy with Manish Pole for a yoga methodology certification class
5:30 pm: Try your hand at learning a new instrument at a Handpan Workshop
6:30 pm: Head to the Central Dome for a Cacao Ceremony
7:15 pm: Watch the moon at a special Moonrise Gathering
7:30 pm: Listen to live acoustic music and connecting with others

Guests were also able to relax, unwind and add to their full sensory experience with daily treatments. Bookable relaxing massages, deep tissue massages, head, neck and shoulder massages, and foot massages were all offered daily by renowned international massage therapists.
