Not only is there significant development underway on extending the existing safe cycling routes around some of the iconic landmarks, but also the destination will from 2024 be both the name and the home of Saudi Arabia’s only UCI World Tour event, the AlUla Tour.

Fans will be able to see the global stars compete during 5 stages of racing, all of which showcase some of the most incredible scenery on the professional cycling’s annual calendar of events.
Renowned as some of the most intense sporting spectacles, there will exciting sprint finishes during the multi-day event, with fans encouraged to line the home straight in the various planned finish-line areas.
Away from the action, AlUla will become a festival of cycling throughout the tour, with various entertainment hubs and participation events also taking place.
