Please bring your ID for entry
Health requirements: No recent surgeries, no chronic back injuries
Not suitable for guests who have had major surgery in the last 6 months; anyone who has had a fractured leg/arm in the last 6 months, or anyone who suffers from chronic back/neck pain/injuries.
Not suitable for pregnant women
You will have to climb in and out of the balloon basket unassisted
Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiting your experience
You will have to complete a waiver form before participation

Getting to the venue

Please note that pick up will be provided from 4-star and 5-star hotels in AlUla. Guests can also opt to be picked up from Winter Park.
Upon completion of booking, the operator will contact you to confirm the pick up time and location.
