AlUla Public Library

Welcoming library, cafe and community hub for all ages

Occupying an elegantly renovated traditional AlJadidah house, the AlUla Public Library is a wonderful place to while away your time browsing books of all kinds – and in multiple languages. Lose yourself in a novel among the library’s numerous nooks, plus there’s a room just for kids and seating up on the roof. As a hub for the community, the library will also host a range of regular activities, events and readings, and there’s a cafe too where you can meet friends over coffee.

Beyond books, the AlUla Public Library is a community space fostering creativity, cultural exchange and intellectual development. Regular workshops and events also aim to encourage engagement with both the community and visitors to AlUla.

Free parking is available at the Old Town South Parking or the larger North Parking in AlJadidah. Shuttle services are available from the parking zones to the entrance of Old Town or AlJadidah, respectively. Both areas are pedestrian-only and within easy walking distance of each other.

SAAD Cafe at the AlUla Public Library

One of the AlUla Public Library’s inviting spaces is this cosy all-day coffee shop. Choose from a menu of hot and cold refreshments and snacks and enjoy your drink while you read – or just meet up with friends to connect and relax.
