Maraya

Maraya is a stunning mirrored building located in the desert canyon of the Ashar Valley. While the structure itself is a work of art, Maraya is also a multi-purpose venue and the centrepiece of AlUla’s growing arts and entertainment scene.

In the past, Maraya has hosted a wide range of events and performances, including concerts by globally renowned performers such as Alicia Keys, Andrea Bocelli, Cheb Khaled and Russell Peters, as well as unforgettable experiences and pop-up art events.

Angham

Angham - one of the most successful female vocal artists in Egypt to date - will be taking over Maraya this October. In 2015, Angham released her self-produced album Ahlam Bareea, which was the best-selling album in Egypt, Dubai and Lebanon during the first week of its release. In 2019, Angham released her latest album A Very Special Case, which sat at number one in the Arab world after its debut.

Souad Massi

Celebrating its release, Franco-Algerian singer-songwriter Souad Massi will perform her tenth album Sequana at Maraya. Sequana is a collection of ten songs, nine of which were written by her, that revolve around human relationships and the passage of time. The album draws on diverse musical styles – such as folk, country, rock, calypso, bossa – along with sounds of the Middle East and the Algerian desert.

Guy Manoukian & Ara Malikian

Guy Manoukian is a Lebanese-Armenian musician, composer and pianist who has been a key player in the international and domestic music scene over the last 30 years.

Ara Malikian is a Spanish violinist of Lebanese origin and Armenian descent. In 2015, he released his 15 album, which was dedicated to his 15 years living in Spain.
