  • Interactions within the experience will be conducted in the primary language assigned to each slot. However, all content, including videos, texts, and explanations, is available in both languages.
  • Visitors are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to booking time.
  • Children under the age of 16 years require adult supervision. 
  • Visitors are advised to carry small, manageable bags to ensure ease and comfort throughout the experience.
